Annabelle in New Jersey

Please give a warm welcome to our newest edition to the Village...Miss Annabelle! Annabelle is a beautiful 2 year old Frenchie who will be turning 3 in May. She is spayed and overall healthy but needs some dental work. Annabelle is a VERY shy girl who suffers from anxiety. Annabelle does not like to be left alone. When left alone, she goes into full panic mode and will potty out of fear (even though she is potty trained). She absolutely loves to be around her foster mom and dad. She loves belly rubs , cuddles on the couch and fluffy blankets. However, Annabelle is very leary of strangers, children, most other dogs and new places. Her foster parents are working very slowly on introducing Annabelle to new environments and people. This will be a slow process to give Annabelle the time needed to let her become a confident dog and feel safe. Her foster parents report, “She is the sweetest dog; she just needs to learn to feel comfortable in her own skin and her surroundings.”

Annabelle is not yet ready for adoption. We are still evaluating her personality and medical needs. An email notification will be sent when she becomes ready for adoption. Adoption fees are set at the time a dog goes available and applications can only be submitted at that time. Please follow our website and social media pages for updates on Annabelle!
