FBLCR’s Chloe Finds A Home

September 2nd, 2013|

After 9 months in foster care, little Chloe in Florida, who was a courtesy listing for French Bulldog Last Chance rescue, finally has her forever home – with her foster parents.  One of Chloe’s parents is a vet, so with Chloe’s medical issues, this is the best possible outcome for her!  We love happy endings.  Congratulations to the new family and to French Bulldog Last Chance Rescue on this wonderful happy ending for Chloe!

Dimples Gets A Forever Home

August 16th, 2013|

Foster mom for Dimples thought that Dimples would be going with them on their next beach vacation, at the end of the month. She went with them in May and thoroughly enjoyed, what was probably her first vacation
in her 11 years!

However, today – Dimples is in her new home in Baltimore!! Dimples will still be going on vacation, but it will be with her forever family! They have a vacation home on the eastern […]

Noorie’s New Life

July 30th, 2013|

Noorie’s foster family took her to her new forever home this week. It is a wonderful small farm with horses, chickens and a goat! Noorie’s new Mom is retired and the Dad is semi retired. She has a frenchie sister, named Lexie, a wiener dog sister named Sophie and a Maremma named Mya to play with.

The farm is all fenced and so was the yard. Her foster family is going to miss their little […]

A California Girl

June 25th, 2013|

Tuffet’s new family arrived to meet her yesterday. The family gladly drove all the way from California to South Carolina. They waited until school was out so that the kids could travel with mom, turning the trip to get Tuffet into a family, cross country vacation. Tuffet was a big hit in downtown Charleston, where many tourist thought she was the main attraction. We all took turns carrying her as the family was site […]

Sweet Roxy was adopted today by a very wonderful couple in St Paul MN. She is going to be an only child there, and will be able to go to work with her new mom every day! Her new parents worked very hard to complete a fence for her yard for her this week. They are ecstatic over the new addition to their family with Roxy and she seems equally in love with them.

Sponge’s Picture Postcard Perfect Life

June 6th, 2013|

Sponge’s new family sent us an update and some photos.  One picture is of Sponge and her foster sister, June  – snoozing together.   We love the second picture of Sponge at the NC-SC state line, south of the border sign. She has transitioned well, which is great – considering how for the first two weeks in foster care, she would barely eat and cried through the night.   During those first two weeks, […]

Love and Belly Rubs For Sponge

May 25th, 2013|

Sponge left this morning for her new home. The family drove 15 hours to pick Sponge up. Sponge will spend her days hanging out with June,English Bulldog, and someone in the family will always be home to give her plenty of attention and those belly rubs she enjoys so much. Sponge did her signature move when posing for the camera with her new family so we decided to go with it…A round of belly […]

Butter Has A New Home

May 22nd, 2013|

This is a picture of Butter in her new Virginia home, that she shares with her new sister, Lucy.  Lucy and Butter are the same age and by the looks of this picture, seem to have settled in quite nicely together. While she doesn’t have a large yard to explore, there is a dog park in the complex! Butter explores there when she can have it all to herself. Butter gets lots of love […]

Lockett Goes Home

May 20th, 2013|

Lockett’s new parents, Greg and Meg, picked her up this weekend – and she is now beginning a new life filled with all the love and attention that she deserves.   She’s living in a pet friendly apartment building and we think that she’ll have a great time with the other dogs in the building – three pugs and a Frenchie.   Her new mom works close by and can come home at lunch […]
