Our alumna Daisy

March 27th, 2017|

We contacted Rose and Sabine to see how Daisy is doing.
Daisy was surrendered by her original owner at the age of three months. The owner could no longer take care of her. Imagine how lucky Daisy was when Rose and Sabine showed up in August 2016 to adopt her.
This is what they have to say about Daisy today:
“Sabine and I feel blessed to have been chosen as Daisy’s  forever family. Not to mention her […]

Olive In Her New Loving Home!

March 27th, 2017|

Olive was adopted from the FRENCH BULLDOG VILLAGE in 2016. The last update we had from her family was in July of that year.  They were thrilled to share the following with us now:

“Thank you for checking in on us!  Olive is doing great and is well-adjusted to our home. Shortly after she arrived, we got a new couch; she is sure that we bought this for her. 😊

Olive’s health is good, but she […]

Bentley living it up in his FOREVER home!

March 17th, 2017|

Bentley was adopted from THE FRENCH BULLDOG VILLAGE on May 8, 2016.  As per our procedure, we sent his owners, Bonnie and Chris, a letter to see just how Bentley is doing.  This is what they had to say:  “Bentley is a handsome, photogenic, sweet, loving boy. We just adore him.”  Sometimes Bentley, in the true Frenchie way, “just gets naughty.”  Of course, we can all relate to that.  So, Bonnie and Chris have […]

Update on Bruno Mars

February 19th, 2017|

Bruno, “Mr.” Mars, is another alumnus of THE FRENCH BULLDOG VILLAGE.  Although, Bruno Mars was adopted just recently by his family, Jessica and Phil Carson have been kind enough to send us the following update, as per our agreement, to keep us informed.

This is what they had to say:

Mr. Mars came to their family just a little over two months ago.  He was adopted in December 2016.  It feels like he’s been with them […]

Brutus’ New Life

January 19th, 2017|

Brutus was adopted from the French Bulldog Village in May 2016. Since he has been adopted, he has become quite the little traveler….from Florida to Arizona and now to Oregon.  The drive from Florida to Phoenix, Arizona was a little stressful for him.  Of course, every trip needs some excitement so along the way Jessica and Guy (Brutus’ new mom and dad) found a female stray in Louisiana.  What’s one more for the ride? […]

Check out what Stella’s doing now!

January 3rd, 2017|

The French Bulldog Village Alumni Coordinators have found another frenchie alum to be posted. Her name is Stella. Stella was originally our foster Cookie. This is what her owner, Ivory, had to say about her:

Stella is doing great. We love her to pieces. She is sweet, sassy, a tad mischievous and overall just perfect for our family. She is such a snuggle bug. She sleeps with my son every evening and they have a sweet […]

Check out Bella in her forever home!

December 13th, 2016|

Here are some awesome pictures and an update from Bella’s forever mommy:

“Bella is doing so good. She seems to really enjoy being the center of attention. This year Bella participated in Halloween “Trunk or Treat” in her Wonder Woman shirt (see picture), all the kids (and most of the adults) couldn’t get enough of her! She loves to go everywhere with me and doesn’t understand why sometimes she has to stay home. We are managing […]

Bruno Mars in Pennsylvania has been ADOPTED!

November 2nd, 2016|

Bruno was surrendered by his owner who loved him very much after she unexpectedly had to return to work full time. She did not want Bruno to live a life of a crate and being alone, so she surrendered him to the Village. It’s not often that we get healthy, well rounded, young pups like Bruno and we anticipate he will receive lots of applications!
The only thing Bruno does need work on, is potty […]

Olive- ADOPTED

September 3rd, 2016|

It’s time for one of our Olives to leave the jar.

Olive came into rescue with the same reason so many of our dogs have, in that their owners no longer have time for them. While we can’t imagine how upsetting this is for a dog like Olive, to lose everything they know, we are relieved that these families turn to rescue for help. We are even more relieved that they came to the […]

Moose – ADOPTED

September 2nd, 2016|

Moose came into the rescue after biting the toddler in the home. In Moose’s defense the toddler fell on him before the bite occurred. However the bite did happen, it required stitches and it must be disclosed. That being said we want Moose to thrive and his next home to be his forever home. The best way to do that is to not put Moose in a similar situation like he was before. He […]
