Check out what Stella’s doing now!

January 3rd, 2017|

The French Bulldog Village Alumni Coordinators have found another frenchie alum to be posted. Her name is Stella. Stella was originally our foster Cookie. This is what her owner, Ivory, had to say about her:

Stella is doing great. We love her to pieces. She is sweet, sassy, a tad mischievous and overall just perfect for our family. She is such a snuggle bug. She sleeps with my son every evening and they have a sweet […]

Check out Bella in her forever home!

December 13th, 2016|

Here are some awesome pictures and an update from Bella’s forever mommy:

“Bella is doing so good. She seems to really enjoy being the center of attention. This year Bella participated in Halloween “Trunk or Treat” in her Wonder Woman shirt (see picture), all the kids (and most of the adults) couldn’t get enough of her! She loves to go everywhere with me and doesn’t understand why sometimes she has to stay home. We are managing […]

Bruno Mars in Pennsylvania has been ADOPTED!

November 2nd, 2016|

Bruno was surrendered by his owner who loved him very much after she unexpectedly had to return to work full time. She did not want Bruno to live a life of a crate and being alone, so she surrendered him to the Village. It’s not often that we get healthy, well rounded, young pups like Bruno and we anticipate he will receive lots of applications!
The only thing Bruno does need work on, is potty […]

It’s time for one of our Olives to leave the jar.

Olive came into rescue with the same reason so many of our dogs have, in that their owners no longer have time for them. While we can’t imagine how upsetting this is for a dog like Olive, to lose everything they know, we are relieved that these families turn to rescue for help. We are even more relieved that they came to the […]

Moose came into the rescue after biting the toddler in the home. In Moose’s defense the toddler fell on him before the bite occurred. However the bite did happen, it required stitches and it must be disclosed. That being said we want Moose to thrive and his next home to be his forever home. The best way to do that is to not put Moose in a similar situation like he was before. He […]

Diesel – ADOPTED

August 9th, 2016|

Diesel was surrendered to the rescue when his owner found that he was spending less and less time at home due to work and other responsibilities. He paid for Diesel to attend day care 3 to 4 times a week but he also knew this wasn’t the same as having an ever present owner / family. His owner cared enough that he knew that letting Diesel go was the best chance for him to […]

Peaches in Arizona- ADOPTED

August 1st, 2016|

Peaches was surrendered to our rescue by a Good Samaritan. She intervened when she saw that Peaches was living outside 24 hours a day 7 days a week in 115 degree Arizona heat. It’s truly amazing that Peaches survived. Luckily she found her way into our rescue and we’ve spent the last few weeks getting her healthy and up to speed on what it’s like to be a spoiled Frenchie!
Peaches was suffering from […]

July 26th, 2016|

Really that’s all we need to type on this girls available bio to generate what’s guaranteed to be a TON of applications. How often is it that you see a puppy in rescue? And a healthy puppy at that? It’s not often at all and that’s why we want to start this introduction by telling you that competition for this girl will be fierce. Take this opportunity to make sure you complete that application as if […]

Meet Oliver!- ADOPTED!!

July 10th, 2016|

It’s our absolute pleasure to introduce you to the one of the most unique and cutest Frenchies we’ve seen in a long time. Meet Oliver!

Oliver was surrendered by his previous owner when they could no longer find the time to care for him. A baby in the household meant that Oliver was no longer deemed the priority he once was. Unfortunately, due to this, his health suffered. Oliver was basically one big scabbing oozing […]

June 30th, 2016|

Bella’s previous owner was unable to afford her care and made the heartbreaking decision to surrender her to the Village. When Bella came into our rescue she was in serious need of medical attention. She was in heat, her skin was a mess and she had a pretty nasty looking eye. Our intake photos taken by her foster Mom show the original condition of her eye…. we can’t imagine how painful that was for […]
