Kiki’s Ready for a Home – ADOPTED

May 9th, 2016|

Hi Everyone.  My name is Kiki.  I am a svelte little 24 pound French Bulldog with a lot of energy. I am currently living with my foster mom.  I had another home at one time, but they say I was naughty there and so they put me here where I could maybe learn some manners.

(I nipped my owner, but she was trying to put me in that wire box again, and I didn’t want […]

Meet the Village’s big beautiful boy named Bentley!

Bentley is a wonderful boy. Frenchies like him do not come around often at all. So if you’ve been looking and considering making the leap to add a pup to your household, please consider him.

Bentley is a much loved owner surrender. His owner tearfully contacted our organization when he was faced with growing vet bills trying to pin down a diagnosis for Bentley’s breathing and what appeared […]

Our sweet pied Elsie was surrendered to the Village due to having an incontinence issue.  She is known to be a happy-go-lucky girl who loves her foster family, both human and fur members, and loves nothing more than a rousing game of tug!  Elsie is very fond of eating, chewing on Nylabones, eating, chewing on antlers, eating, you get the drift.  She is at a healthy 26 energetic pounds, which really, is just about […]

Brutus Wants a New Home – ADOPTED

April 6th, 2016|

Our big beautiful black and white boy Brutus is now available for adoption. We highly recommend getting those apps in early for review as we have a feeling he is going to be quite popular. Brutus came from a home where his previous owner was going back to school and didn’t […]

Bentley was lovingly surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him. He was born on 3/3/13. He is a brindle neutered male with a white chest. Bentley was having difficulty climbing the stairs at his old home and was getting winded and started panting. We had him checked out and he is a very healthy boy, but needs to shed a few pounds. He did see a cardiologist and had an ultra […]

Little Cookie was an owner surrender to the Village.  She needed surgery for her luxating patellas, and her owner wasn’t able to handle the expense at this time.   They did a brave and selfless thing for Cookie by surrendering her to us.  Cookie has had a surgical repair of the right patella.  She may eventually need her left repaired, but at this time it is not causing any problems or lameness.

Cookie is young, […]

Wembley’s parents have nothing but good words to say about their boy (seriously he can’t do anything wrong!!!) They say he is an absolute all-star and is AMAZING!
