Mia and Zoey – Update after adoption

May 19th, 2017|

Today, we not only have an update of one dog that was rescued from the FRENCH BULLDOG VILLAGE RESCUE, we have an update on two that were rescued by one family.

Zoey and Mia were rescued in March, 2017. They were surrendered because they were just not getting the attention they needed. The previous owner had passed away and they were given to a family friend. The friend’s family couldn’t fit them into their budget […]

Thumbprint in Illinois- ADOPTED!!

April 26th, 2017|

Thumbprint was born on 12-31-2009 and was surrendered with the other Georgia dogs. She’s a beautiful brindle pied girl with the most adorable underbite. Fear not though, that underbite does not cause her any eating or drinking issues, it just adds to her cute factor!

Thumbprint came into the rescue with a pretty nasty looking growth in her ear. We’ve since removed that growth and have not seen any evidence of its return. Luckily, it […]

Daisy in Florida- ADOPTED!

April 8th, 2017|

Meet Daisy, a young French Bulldog who came into our rescue with a bad case of mange that her owner tried several times to clear up. The mange outbreak along with Daisy’s allergies just proved too much for them to handle and they surrendered her to the Village. Her foster Mom has gotten the mange cleared up and the allergies under control and Daisy is feeling much better skin wise! However, Daisy is currently […]

Ringo

March 30th, 2017|

UPDATE 4/28/2017: Sadly, Ringo has crossed the rainbow bridge. Run free sweet boy. The Village and your foster mom will miss you greatly. You will never be forgotten for you were such a special fellow. 💐💕💐

Ringo was born on 8-19-2006 and is part of the “GA gang” (numerous Frenchies that were surrendered from one home in GA). Ringo has a small white mark on his forehead and a white chest and is a very handsome Frenchie with […]

Patches in Florida (a “GA gang” frenchie)

March 29th, 2017|

Patches came to us from a large scale breeder surrender situation in Georgia. He is a shy boy and though his foster Mom has worked hard to build his confidence, more work in this area will be needed. Patches is a sweet boy who unfortunately has the feeling that he has done something wrong, so things like loud voices tend to make him cower. His adoptive family needs to help him understand that he’s […]

Holly, aka Halle Berry, in Maryland (one of the “GA gang”)

March 29th, 2017|

UPDATE 4/10/2017

Our beautiful foster French Bulldog, Holly (aka Halle Berry) of the “Georgia gang”, crossed the rainbow bridge in her sleep 4/9/2017 very peacefully in her foster mom’s living room.

Godspeed Halle Berry. You will always be loved and never forgotten. 💔💔💔

Holly, or Halle Berry as her foster mom likes to call her, was born on 6/8/2007 and is another frenchie from the “GA 10.” Halle weighs 26 pounds. She has been spayed and is current […]

Murphy in Florida has been ADOPTED!

November 29th, 2016|

Single, brindle male, 3 years old, 20 lbs, looking for his forever home!

Hello, my name is Murphy. I was surrendered to French Bulldog Village when my loving mommy realized I was spending too much time in a crate while she worked two jobs. She knew I would in good hands with FBV and that they’d help me find a new home where I won’t be alone as much. Before coming to FBV, I lived […]

Lexi in Virginia

November 9th, 2016|

Lexi is a submissive girl. She gets along with everything and everyone. She is just as happy lying around on a nice comfy blanket, bed or sofa. She has moments where she wants to play and acts like a puppy again, but for the most part she just wants human attention whether that be petting her or her lying by your side. All she needs are short daily strolls around the neighborhood for her […]

Mia and Zoey in Florida

October 19th, 2016|

Are you ready to double your fun? If so we have an insta-Frenchie family that will be perfect for you! Mia and Zoey found their way into the Village after their current owner realized that they did not have the income to properly care for them. They were very loved and we do believe that their owner made the very best choice and kept the girls’ wellbeing a priority.
These girls are used to […]

Olive in New Hampshire has been ADOPTED!

August 1st, 2016|

Olive was surrendered to FBV because her previous owners no longer trusted her around their child and with a 2nd child on the way within days …it was just too much for them to handle. Olive is a petite little thing with one of the worst backs we’ve seen in rescue (and let’s face it Frenchie backs aren’t all that great to begin with). She had surgery done in late 2014 for a ruptured […]
