Sindee in Virginia

Meet Sam and Sindee, two brindle pied pups that have landed in foster care. Sam and Sindee are as sweet as can be. Sindee is as cute as a button and really wants to be her person’s shadow. She loves to cuddle and be held like a baby by her foster mom.  She falls asleep with her soft Frenchie snorts and snoozes away in her arms. Sindee seems to be in good health, but there appears to be an issue with one of her hips. This will be checked out by our vet soon.  Currently Sindee wants to be the Queen Bee in her foster home and is not getting along with the other Frenchies. This might be due to all the changes she is dealing with, so we will let you know how her manners come along soon.  Sam is a total dollcake lover boy. His personality is really opening up and he loves to entertain his foster family. Sam also exhibits a bit of jealousy when the other dogs around him get attention instead of him. His foster family is currently working on teaching him that it is ok to share the humans. These two pups are in great hands and will be learning how to win friends and influence others with a bit of training before they are ready for adoption.

What you read here is based on Sindee’s observed behavior while in her current foster home.

Sindee (Sindee-lou Who or just Lou-lou) is a gorgeous, brindle pied female that weighs about 23lbs. She came from a homeless situation where her drug-addicted owner had lost their house, leaving Sindee without a home and with no one to love her, she was scared, nervous and flea-infested…and then FB Village to the rescue! She was brought into foster care and showered with love, attention and kisses. Sindee responds so well to affection. She is a little cuddlebug, she loves long walks, and will dance with excitement when you bring out her harness and leash, but her first place favorite is definitely snuggling. Unfortunately I don’t think miss Sindee-lou was given enough TLC because she’s now so addicted to being loved she has a hard time sharing her person or her food with any other pets. She will do best as an only pet for someone who wants to have a loyal companion to unconditionally love them, since she’s not very lady like with other dogs. She loves to have a high-quality grain-free dog food and she will do best staying on that type of diet or something similar because she can be itchy. She is precious and follows me around, wanting only to be next to me, beside me or in my lap! She is eager to go for car rides, she tries to hop in the car if I even open the door! She loves her chew toy, loves to give kisses and hugs :)  If you go for the fridge she will gaze rapturously at you until you give in and give her the best treat she can think of – a piece of American cheese! She loves to nap, and is crazy about sleeping in the bed, snuggled up close to someone. Thankfully she’s not a super snore-britches with only having a “cute” amount of Frenchie-style snort/breathing. This little girl is a dollbaby and only wants to love and be loved, her forever home will be gaining such a sweet little girl that will love with all she has.
