Tito is a real tough bully.  Just ask the resident vacuum how well it faired after its last encounter with Tough Tito.  That vacuum didn’t even stand a chance, as soon as it rolled up to the carpet Tito was on it like a bull on a red cape. We wonder what might have happened if his foster mom had actually turned the vacuum on…sometimes we fear for the vacuum, but other times we just fear that Tito might lose what’s left of his little Frenchie mind. Other than a deep seated disliking for vacuums, Tito loves everyone and all other dogs.  He is five years old and lacks the use of his back legs.  When Tito was two years old he was diagnosed with hemivertebrae, a condition where the vertebrae are wedge shaped and can cause symptoms such as rear limb weakness and paralysis. Tito still gets around very quickly using his front legs inside the house, but he does have a cart that he can use to for outtings on the town, if needed. We will let you know more about Tito as his personality unfolds in his foster home.
