Meet Rose, a beautiful, 3 year old Frenchie girl who was on death’s door. She was found by a police officer and taken to a shelter as a stray.  She had maggots all over her butt and back, tapeworms and her ears have been bitten, with pieces missing.  Even through all of this  – she just wants to be loved

Thankfully, the shelter called FBV and one of our volunteers whisked her out of there and straight to a vet.  She received a laser treatment on her open wounds and was treated for skin infections.   She also has a severe bladder infection.  She has trouble controlling her bladder, but the Dr. hopes that when all her swelling calms down,  she will be able to regain her continence.

She is as sweet as they come, and when we bought into her foster home, she slept like a rock for five hours!  When she awakened, her foster family walked with her around their farm to meet the horses.  She loved it! She is very good on a leash.  She will be introduced to her foster Frenchie siblings once all of her skin issues are cleared up.  For the time being, she seems content with knowing that they are all around her.

Rose needs sponsors to help pay for her care.  Let’s show this sweet girl some love!  Please consider donating to help Rose.
