Panda in Florida

June 28th, 2018|

Please welcome Panda to the Village! Panda is five years old and residing currently in Florida. This little cutie was lovingly surrendered by his owner because of his severe allergies. His owner had him seen by a dermatologist and really didn’t want to surrender him but reached a point where the allergies became too much to handle. His family contacted French Bulldog Village for help and so we took Panda into our care to […]

Chavo in New Hampshire

June 28th, 2018|

Please help give a warm welcome to FBV’s new foster, Chavo! This guy has had a tough life so far. He was a breeder for six years living in a crate, then was adopted and returned twice.  He has been known to snap at men and children and has some separation anxiety to work on. However, this tiny guy has been so sweet and chill in the short time he’s been with the Village.

His foster […]

We have a new hot tamale in the Village! Please welcome Baxter! Rose in Oklahoma- PENDING ADOPTION!

June 24th, 2018|

When this adorable Frenchton, Rose, was advertised with her brother, Jet, as French Bulldogs on Craigslist, they were purchased together. The purchaser bought them with the idea that her kids would care for the pups, but we all know that usually isn’t the case. Left uncrated in the house, these mischievous pups made messes, chewed furniture, and had a good ole time. When left outside, they dug out and were frolicking in the town. […]

WINSTON ADOPTION UPDATE

We will be closing the application process for Winston. Winston has had a setback with his tummy issues and we do not feel at this time we can adopt him out until we get his tummy issues under control. We are starting a food trial to evaluate if his tummy issues are allergy based. If food trials do not work, we will need to do a biopsy for IBD. We never want […]

Snort in California—AVAILABLE!!

May 31st, 2018|

Snort is a beautiful, female Frenchie that is approximately 5 years old. She came into rescue after she was left at a vet’s office. She has been in foster care for a while so that her foster Momma can really nail down her behavior issues (luckily they are not that bad!).

She has a deformed (curved) spine; this is a birth defect and is not something that can medically be corrected. Keeping Snort strong through […]

Charm in Tennessee- ADOPTED!

May 21st, 2018|

Charm is a beautiful, eight year old brindle pied. She was adopted from FBV but was returned to the Village due to housebreaking issues. Charm was originally part of the GA gang (10 Frenchies surrendered by one breeder in GA who could no longer care for her pups).

Charm has a very sensitive gastrointestinal system and requires special food and treats. She also has ongoing problems with excessive drinking and urinating. However, her urinalysis came […]
