Arlo is not yet ready for adoption. We are still evaluating his personality and addressing his medical needs. An email notification will be sent when he becomes ready for adoption. Meet Arlo, the tiny bunny‑hopping heart‑melter who has decided that humans aren’t so scary after all — especially the ones who provide snacks, cuddles, and a warm lap during evening TV time.
At almost 4 months old, Arlo arrived shy, unsure, and very much convinced that people were suspicious creatures. But give a baby Frenchie a week of kindness and patience, and suddenly he’s a full‑time shadow, glued to his foster mom like Velcro with legs. His confidence grows every single day — curiosity blooming, tail wagging, bravery peeking out in adorable little bursts.
His Personality
Arlo is a gentle, joyful little soul who expresses excitement by hopping like a bunny, especially when he’s playing with his foster siblings — a 1.5‑year‑old Frenchie and a 2‑year‑old English Bulldog. He adores them, follows them, and tries his best to keep up with their antics. When the day winds down, he transforms into a world‑class cuddler, snuggling in for family TV time like it’s his favorite ritual.
House training is underway and going well — he’s smart, eager to please, and catching on quickly.
His Health
Arlo has a very soft 1/6 heart murmur, and he’ll be getting an echocardiogram soon so we can learn more about what’s going on in that sweet little heart. He’s currently being treated for giardia and isospora, and he has one undescended testicle that we’ll continue to monitor as he grows.
None of this slows him down. He’s bright, playful, affectionate, and full of puppy joy.
A New Beginning
Arlo may have started his journey timid and unsure, but he’s blossoming into a confident, loving, silly little guy who just wants to be close to his people and play with his dog friends. He’s learning that the world is safe, fun, and full of good things — and he’s ready to keep growing into the wonderful dog he’s meant to be.
