Hello! Babe here...I am officially ready to find my forever home. I am 6 years old and weigh 21 lbs. I was surrendered to FBV when my former owner went to a care center.

I am healthy and well behaved. I have demonstrated no resource guarding (with toys or food) with the resident dogs. Foster mom does feed us all separately though, so that the others don’t steal my food. I am friendly with other dogs but like slow introductions. I also should be fine with older, dog savvy children. I have a spunky energy but am not a jumper or overly rambunctious. Since I don’t live with cats or small critters in my foster home, I am not so sure how I would do with them.

I love spa days! I also love to be held…I am 100% a lap baby! I am happiest when I am with humans. I am very treat motivated as well.

I am pretty much housebroken. I don’t have any night accidents and will go to the door when I need to go out. I am leash trained as well as crate trained. However, I prefer not to be crated. I also prefer a fenced yard; though, it is not a requirement. I also get a bit anxious on car rides.

I rarely bark so would be a great companion for someone living in an apartment or condo. I also have never met anyone I don’t like. I would love to land in a place with someone who is home often or with someone who can take me to work. I would make a great office dog!

I like to play but mostly by myself. I also like to chew on bones. I am timid and very laid back. I will wander in the yard but only for bathroom needs. A short stroll is about all I need.

I know for certain, if you give me a chance, you will love me! I am a complete Velcro dog and will give you lots of affection! I only lightly snore and do not noticeably fart (that is not just me saying that; foster mom says the same). If you feel we are the perfect match, please apply!
