Hi there! My name is Banks. I'm 3 1/2 years old and weigh 35 pounds. I found my way into foster care due to no fault of my own. I am your typical Frenchie and have some itchies that my former family couldn't afford to take care of.

Probiotics, ear flushes, ear drops, steroid spray, cleaning pads, medicated wash, foam for my paws and Apoquel help to manage my skin and ear infections. Though sadly I just had a flare up of my allergies recently that resulted in some hot spots. I am doing better now after receiving a Cytopoint injection. I am also eating Pro-Form vegetarian, which really helps with my allergies. My forever family will need to keep up with my regimen and my dermatology visits to keep my allergies under control.

My foster mom reports that I am very friendly with other dogs (maybe sometimes too friendly). I like men and women. It's not known if I like birds or other small animals yet. There are no cats in my foster home but a photo from my previous home showed a cat lying on top of me, so there's a pretty good chance that I like cats.

My foster mom reports that I am as sweet as pie and love meeting new people and making new friends, but I do jump. She says this is really my only behavioral issue. Because of the jumping and it being unknown how I would be around kids, it would be best if kids in my new home were 13 years and older. I am also always under foot so no individuals who are unsteady on their feet. I wouldn’t want to trip someone and have them get hurt.

I am housebroken! I am crate trained, too, but prefer not to be crated if possible. I also don’t bark much so I could be okay living in an apartment.

I am looking for a home that's gonna shower me with attention like I am their child. I LOVE affection! As I pointed out before, I am only 3 1/2 years old, so everything is super exciting. I am known to be my human's shadow. I need to know where you're going and what you're eating. I need to see what room you're in at all times. Oh and by the way, I will eat anything!

I really am just looking for a house where I can be a lapdog. I don't mind walks, but I'm not a huge fan…so a yard with a fence would be ideal so that I don't get curious and wander off.
