Bruce Memorial

Bruce was a 2-year-old sweet boy who was surrendered to a rescue because his loving owner could not get his megaesophagus (ME) under control. It was also reported that he was aggressive with the family’s young grandchildren and that he suffered from separation anxiety. FBV took over Bruce's care from the other rescue but sadly his ME had progressed to a point where Bruce could hardly keep any food/liquids down. He was regurgitating very frequently and was extremely thin. Despite all efforts his condition continued to worsen, so we made the difficult decision to allow Bruce to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Bruce touched many lives in his short life. We will miss him greatly....RIP Bruce.
