Do you know what I want for the holidays? I want a home to call my own! I am Clara. It's nice to meet you. And if I am being blunt, I am ready to be loved! I am ready to love you in return as well. 

I come to you as a 7-year-old lady who loves, loves, loves to chew on my bone in my bed and cuddle on the couch. This is blissful!

I have a little issue with peeing my pants. Literally. My foster mom changes my diaper about every 4 hours just to make sure I keep extra healthy. Every once in a while, if my suspender comes undone, I will come and get you to let you know I need to have it reattached. I will go outside to potty but there is something about walking through that door that I get weirded out by. I'm working on this! Oh, I should mention I am not a fan of wet paws.

I don't mind my crate. When I see you head to the kitchen to fix my meals, I head to it and wait for you to serve me. If I know you're going out, I'll run to my crate and wait for a treat. I don't mind having my face washed. I do need a bath once a week and fit nicely in your sink to keep my skin looking nicely. 

I don't mind other dogs. I do, however, like to bark at cats! Now, that's fun from the safety of my favorite window. I sleep in my foster's bedroom, just not in the bed (yet!). I snore. I love stuffies! I can never have too many toys and like to hoard them. If you think about washing my bed or toys, you best have a plan to keep me busy until you give them back to me!

I don't need a fenced in yard, but it would be nice. I like meeting new dogs. So far, I have only met dogs my size so I'm not sure about bigger dogs. I mind my foster parents well and like car rides. Also, I am a sweetheart at the vet’s office!

I'm looking for a home that understands my needs and would be willing to give me the home I have always dreamed of....my forever home! I am telling you…you can't help but fall in love with me. We all come with scars and baggage and if you can overlook my diaper, I'll crawl right into your heart.
