Meet Lou E, a 5‑year‑old, 23‑pound bundle of affection who has just arrived in rescue and is already charming everyone he meets.
Small in size but huge in heart, Lou E is the kind of dog who leans in for love and lights up the moment someone gives him attention. And attention is his favorite thing — he soaks it up and gives it right back with that gentle, easy sweetness that makes him impossible not to adore.
Lou E is wonderful with other dogs, big or small, and he does beautifully with kids ages 7 and up. He’s housebroken, neutered, and fully up to date on vaccines. He does have some minor allergies, but they’re easily managed and don’t dim his sunny personality one bit.
Right now, Lou E is settling into rescue, getting the care he needs, and showing us more of who he is each day. He’ll soon be ready for adoption, and we already know this sweet boy is going to make someone incredibly happy.
