Well, would 'ya look at that?! I am Mayzie and I've found myself in a situation. I am 7 years old and weigh 21 pounds. I am currently chilling out in Florida.

See, I was surrendered when I was drinking too much water and started having accidents in the house. 

Turns out, I have Cushing’s disease. I still drink a lot of water so it's important that my new family monitors this and understands that I need to potty pretty often, but I am housebroken! 

I am on Vetoryl 5mg 2 times a day to help with my Cushing’s Disease. Keeping me on a salmon-based diet is a must. I’m not food aggressive at all, and I am okay sharing with others.

I bet you're also wondering about my eye. Well…I had an ulcer that ruptured. No biggie. I do fine without it. It's quite the conversation starter! Plus, it comes in handy for my pirate costume at Halloween. 

I have a pin in one of my hips that causes me to have some hind end weakness. However, it doesn’t slow me down, and I can still run and jump (not on people though!) without issue.

Did I mention I love tennis balls? Holy smokes…those are fun! I like car rides too.

Look, I love to cuddle and am very laid back. I love to sleep in your bed. I said what I said! No side eye given.

I love dogs and cats, as well as children, men and women. I even like to have a grooming sesh done!  I'd love a yard but also walk great on a leash.

If you work from home or could take me to work, that would be cool…cause remember the potty situation? Yeahhhh, I don't want to have any more accidents! Crates are cool but not for too much time if possible. 

Eye'd (see what I did there?) love to meet you, and we become the apple of each other's eye. What a great way for us both to start a new year!!!
