Memorial for Rina
It is with a heavy heart that we must report the loss of another FBV alumni, Rina. Rina crossed the Rainbow Bridge after a long standing battle with a respiratory issue possibly related to cancer. Rina’s forever family adopted her in 2011 and are so thankful for the opportunity to have had such a beautiful girl as a part of their family. Rina was such a gentle girl who loved to roll over for belly rubs. She was the perfect fit for her adoptive family. She was so good with her family’s two girls and even dressed up and went Trick or Treating along side her human sister. After Rina’s passing, her family’s vet sent her family wildflower seeds to plant, so that every time they see these wildflowers, they will be reminded of their precious Frenchie family member. Her Doctor also had another special surprise for the family. She made a plaster case of Rina’s paw and gave it to the family. The paw print will always be a priceless treasure for the family and is a symbol of the paw prints our furry family members leave on our hearts. Her Doctor had grown to love Rina during her time as the family’s vet. Rina’s family misses and thinks about her everyday and wants to share some of their favorite photos of Rina as they mourn their loss, but celebrate her memory.
