What is 6 years old, weighs 28 pounds and is looking for a new home? ME! Nunzio!

I was surrendered when my former owners didn’t have time to spend with me and felt I deserved better. So, Voila! Here I am.

If I had to describe myself, I’d be a surfer type dude. Laid back. Easy going. Easy to groom (I prefer my baths in a tub though). I like to wrestle with dogs my size. I get along with all doggies but do like to play with ones more my size. Cats are not my friends. I try to talk to them through the baby gate, but they are rude and won’t let me chase them.

I like people, including kids. However, when first meeting a person while off leash, I get pretty excited and like to jump. However, I listen very well to “sit” and will stop and sit if told to do so. When on the leash, I’m curious of new people but don’t try to jump or knock anyone down.

I am healthy but did have Lyme disease. I took antibiotics for it and am all good now. I am housebroken. I won’t let you know I need to go out but when you take me out to go, I will do my business. I have never had an accident in my foster home!

I can hang 10 on a couch or in a car. I like to sleep. I like to catch some rays in the sunshine. I also like to sniff other dog booties. It’s weird, but it’s my “thing.” I don’t mind my crate. It’s cool to hang out in there, but I’d prefer not to be in there too long and would prefer my new home provide me with midday potty breaks if working outside the home.

I would LOVE to have a fenced in yard but it’s cool if you are up for walks. I do pretty well on a leash. I can roll around in the grass when we walk!

So, can we Hang 10 forever?
