Stop the presses! My name is Reese, and I am as sweet as my name. I am 1 year old and weigh 24 pounds.
I currently live with kiddos and other fur babies, and I LOVE them! I love to eat beside my fur siblings. I don't even care when they eat my food. I'm not picky when it comes to food or treats. Right now, I am on Science Diet and getting used to this kibble. I really enjoy Himalayan cheese bones. Ohhhh, I also really like frozen peanut butter hidden in my Kong. That's a hoot! Not sure who invented that, but they're a genius!
I like baths and grooming. I like having my nails done but it does make me just a teeny tiny bit nervous. I feel like the princess I was always meant to be. I came from a retired breeder and am learning a lot! I could totally get used to this grooming and belly rubs.
Speaking of A LOT, I really like giving my 5-year-old foster brother A LOT of kisses. He is my treat hook up. I'm really an easy-going young lady. Men, women, little humans, dogs... I love them all. I warm up quickly to people and other dogs. I like to play too. I'm only a year old, after all. I get the Zoomies like any other puppy so buckle up! Weeeeeeee! Once those are over, I'm very tranquil.
When you leave the room, I will whine. I am not sure why you would leave a room without me but...whatever. I am still figuring out things. But I love attention. I love meeting new people but can be a little timid until I get to know you. I don't like loud noises. I will bark a little to let you know something is going on. So maybe a setting like an apartment where the Fed-EX guy comes all the time or there are a bunch of noises might not be the best for my nerves. I think I'd prefer a quieter environment.
My foster mom says I deserve a gold star for my progress in potty training! Woot Woot! I like my crate too. I hang out in there. I am trying to figure out which Poster from Tiger Beat to hang on my walls. I'm thinking Snoopy or Doug the Pug. Since I'm still learning this skill, it's best to keep me on a schedule. Oh, I am not a fan of a leash. What is that contraption? I prefer to go potty in the back yard. Take me on a walk? Ewww, gross.
I like the car! That thing is neat. I am not a good passenger or direction giver. I prefer to sleep. I also like toys! OMG! My foster mom has introduced me to a world with toys and it is joyous!
If you think I would make a great fur baby for you, then please apply!
