Run Free Rudi

FBV Alum Rudi has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We send much love and our condolences to his devoted family.

Here is a tribute to Rudi from his forever mom:

“I am so sorry to have to share sad news but we lost our precious Rudi on January 14. He fought a valiant fight against cancer and is a perfect example of how to fight like a Frenchie.

He was the light of our home, our little guy who came to us from FBV in 2011 from a wonderful foster in Oklahoma. He was a special Frenchie who was born with a cleft palate but he never let that slow him down.

Rudi brightened our days and kept our nights toasty warm with his snuggles. He was the sweetest boy who loved everyone and never met a stranger. Rudi brought his signature Frenchie snorts and smiles to so many people. Through his Instagram page he was able to make connections with people and Frenchies across the world. We have felt such an outpouring of love and support these last few days and it is amazing to see his impact on the world.

There is certainly an emptiness in our home but we have the warm memories and thousands of pictures to keep little Rudi in our hearts forever.”

Run free dear Rudi.  You will always be loved and never forgotten.
