Hellooo! I am Sebi. I am a 36-pound young man (I am only 5 years old), and I am a needy cuddler that snores.
I need to be upfront about a few things. I have had a history of IVDD but am currently undergoing water therapy 30 mins a week. I tell myself that I am Michael Phelps when I am there. I also do daily exercises. Get this. I have an electric toothbrush run down my legs, joints and even my toes twice a day. It's pretty cool! I also do my version of yoga - 3-legged standing multiple times a day and sideways and backwards walking twice a day. It's like doing the moon walk!
Stairs are an absolute no go zone for me. However, I do like to be carried if need be for stairs.
I LOVEEEE FOOD. I also love snacks and tend to be not so gentle when I get the opportunity to have one. I eat a combo of Purina Pro Plan Lamb, Hills Gastrointestinal Biome and a rotation of flavors from the Farmers Dog. I only really care about bones. Other treats do not intrigue me.
So far, I like people! I have not been introduced to kiddos much, so I am not too sure about them but foster mom thinks I would do best with older (ages 12+), dog savvy children. I DON'T like BIG dogs! I like the little ones, like me. I also like when they're not hyper. I don't like boy dogs that are not neutered. I tend to be the dominant one in the room, but also a couch potato. I like to sleep! But I also love to love (especially food - did I mention that?).
I am a smeller! Not a barker, but I will smell everything when I meet people. I think it is neat. I don't mind if you leave me for a little while. So far, I am up to being OK with you being gone for 3ish hours. I'd be OK in an apartment, condo or house.
I am partially housebroken. When I need to go, I need to go NOW. Frequent potty breaks work best for me so I will need someone who is home all day with me or who can provide a midday potty break. I am good on a leash and only pull when I need to potty. So, that's good!
I tolerate a crate. I prefer a couch, but a crate is fine, too.
