Hey everyone…this ray of “Sunshine” is ready to find her forever!! Sunshine is 5 years old and loves LOVE. She just wants to please her humans and is the sweetest gal ever.  She is sure to brighten anyone’s day!

She is healthy and tolerant of grooming even though she would prefer not to have baths. Sunshine is good with cats and other dogs. She also is okay with children.

Sunshine will run with the resident dogs at times but mostly prefers lounging next to a human. She’s pretty good when meeting people…she might jump up if she knows the person but mostly just waits for pets like a good girl.

She has a weird quirk that her foster mom guesses may be her marking. If other dog food bowls are left down after the food has been eaten, she will pee in the bowls. It is definitely best if you just pick up the bowls immediately after any resident dogs are done eating.

Sunshine is housebroken and leash trained. She is also crate trained but prefers not to be crated. She requires a forever home with a fenced yard. She also would do best with someone who is home a lot (especially if she were an only dog) or would take her along to places. She very much craves attention and gets sad when left alone for too long.

The more attention the better for Sunshine. She will gently paw at you if you stop petting her. She wants nothing more than to snuggle every moment of the day. She also will follow you everywhere. Other than affection, Sunshine loves to sleep and chew on Benebones.

Sunshine deserves the world and nothing less. If you can give her this, then be sure to apply!
