Bubblegum in Arizona— ADOPTED!!

Bubblegum has been adopted by a wonderful new family! She has three new Frenchie siblings to play with and love. Her forever family is already completely smitten with her and are thrilled that they were chosen to adopt her. We are certain that Bubblegum is going to be very spoiled and loved in her fur-ever home!

Our little Bubblegum is happy to announce her availability for adoption! She has come a long way in a short time and although she still has many issues to deal with in her future, she is ready for the perfect family to help her through it all!

Bubblegum has a spicy personality and loves to play with other dogs. She gets along great with the dogs in her foster home, big and small. She hasn't known cats yet but would probably try to play with them as well. She is still working on bulking up from being a skinny little gal when she joined the rescue and is ravenous at every meal. Her eating needs to be strictly monitored so she is getting plenty of calories of good quality food.

Bubblegum came to us with severe gastrointestinal issues. She has had 5 rectal prolapses followed by a major surgery which included resecting a part of her colon to prevent further prolapse. She also had a coloplexy at that time, which is a procedure where the colon is tacked to the abdominal wall to prevent future prolapses. She was diagnosed through biopsies with Boxer Colitis and Inflammatory Bowel Disease of both the small and large intestine. She will need treatment, Rx, and monitoring of these issues for the remainder of her life.

Ms. Gum also has mild cherry eye in both eyes. This may or may not need to be addressed in the future—it will depend on the opinion of the vet she is in the care of. She also has luxating patellas (floating knee caps) in both knees, which will likely require surgical correction in the future. It will depend on how her knees do as she grows. Because of her knees, she has a bit of an awkward gait, but she is not in any pain.

Potty training for Bubblegum has been slow going....as you can imagine her GI issues make it a challenge for her. She is working on her potty manners but will need a home who is patient and understanding.

Despite the truckload of medical challenges Bubblegum has had in her short life, she has an amazing attitude and a fighting spirit. She doesn't shy away from a challenge. She has a big personality and will let you know if she is displeased with her situation. She truly is a special little gal and will make a great addition to the right family.

Sugar Bear in Florida— ADOPTED!!

Sugar Bear was officially adopted a few days ago. She made sure to watch her foster mom as she packed up all her belongings, so she did not miss anything. No need to worry sweet Sugar Bear...you have an amazing forever home who will provide you with anything you need.

She has a wonderful new mom and dad and 2 doggie siblings to share life with and is ecstatic to get the adventures started! We can’t wait to see updates on Sugar Bear and her family.

Sugar Bear is a 2-year-old cutie who was found as a stray in Florida. Upon coming to FBV, she was spayed. It was found that she had several litters in her young age, and her uterus was a shredded mess. The surgery took almost 2 hours. She is all healed now, and the worst is behind her. She also has a scar on her side (which is fully healed) from a serious burn.

She has no ongoing health issues. She has very good manners. She is potty trained (she uses the dog door in her foster home) and walks nicely on a leash. She does not mind being crated as long as there is a soft bed to cuddle in. She knows the following commands: sit, come, leave it and heel. She will sit for treats and takes them gently from your hand.

Here are some of Sugar Bear’s likes:

Sugar Bear enjoys sunbathing and cuddling in a comfy bed with a toy.
She likes squeaky toys and the ones that make animal sounds.
She enjoys split deer antlers and Nylabones.
She likes tennis balls and tug-of-war toys.
Sugar Bear likes kids. However, when excited she will jump up and “mouth” your fingers. Therefore, she may not be suitable for a home with small children.
She enjoys lying in the sun on the patio in her foster home.
She loves following the resident tortoise around the yard.

She gets along fine with dogs her height, both males and females. However, tall dogs are an issue. She lives with a boxer and needs to be in control. The boxer is passive, though, and lets her lead. Sugar Bear is reactive to large dogs when out in public. She is also possessive of toys and chew bones...she will hoard them in her bed.

There are 4 resident dogs in her foster home. When preparing meals, Sugar Bear gets excited and does not want the other dogs in the kitchen with foster mom. Her foster mom places her in a bedroom while preparing the food and feeds each dog separately. She has no food aggression with humans. You can take her food and Nylabones away from her without issue.

Sugar Bear has no preference if her forever home has a fenced yard or not. She does not like being on the bed or couch in her foster home. She prefers dog beds - which her foster mom has in every room. When she gets tired, she will sneak off to the bedroom to nap.

While she does not need someone who is home all day or someone who works but can come home at lunch or have a pet sitter/dog walker come, she would prefer it. Sugar Bear needs a forever home with someone who will spend time playing with her and loving her. She enjoys following you around the house and craves her human friends.

She is very laid back. She has short bursts of energy and enjoys going for short walks when it’s cool outside. She is a good car passenger...she will lie on the back seat and just go to sleep. She has discovered that the luxurious Pawsh bed in her foster home is pretty pawsome. If she hears a squeaky sound or a dog bark on TV, she will come running to investigate. She is a total Velcro Frenchie who loves snuggling. This doll deserves to spend the rest of her life being treasured as the princess that she is.

Emma in Maryland– ADOPTED!!

Emma has gone to her forever home. She has wonderful new parents and a young human sibling to love. She also has a tiny fish sibling. Her human sister has already been providing her with lots of cuddles. Emma’s new family is thrilled to welcome her to their lives and are ready to spoil her like crazy. FBV is so happy for them!

Emma is a beautiful, 3-year-old Frenchie who was surrendered by her owner after having her only a few months. The owner reported that due to Emma chewing and ruining things in the place the person was renting the landlord said that Emma must go. Before being with this person, Emma was a breeder dog.

She has no ongoing health issues or special needs. She is partially housebroken--- she will ask to go out with a quiet whine at the door, but if you miss it, she will have an accident. She walks very well on a leash with a buddy but freezes if alone. She also has not yet associated going for a walk with going potty. She is crate trained and knows the command “sit.” It is obvious that she has had zero training prior to her foster home but is very food motivated and is catching on!! Emma is very smart…her foster family thinks she would love and benefit from some training or obedience classes!

Emma loves to chew…and will chew anything!! This has been her foster family’s biggest struggle with her. She will snatch anything from a pen to a kid toy to a remote (the Apple remote is shockingly sturdy!). Even with plenty of dog friendly options, if left alone for a moment, she will snatch something. She does love toys and bones though! Her favorites are the Benebones and her Bark dumplings! Her favorite thing of all to do is anything that involves being with her people!

Emma has a middle of the pack mentality and a low-key personality for a Frenchie. She has growled at the resident dogs when the family was eating on the couch and she was begging, but she stopped when corrected. She is built like a body builder (she doesn’t look like a 30 lb. girl...she looks much smaller), but she doesn’t require a lot of activity. She does well with a short walk and some play time! She really likes running around the back yard with her foster dog siblings. She also enjoys snuggling on the couch.

She would love a family of any kind; she would adapt to any environment. A family who will not leave her alone for an extended time (more than 3-4 hours) would be ideal. She loves being with people and snuggling with them any chance she gets! She would be perfect for someone who could take her to work with them. Since she’s not 100% comfortable on a leash without another dog, she would really love a fenced yard.

She can be a goofball when she wants to play! She will get a toy, quietly bark, and go into a play bow with her head to the side. She also gets the zoomies when she is feeling playful! When she wants attention, she will come put her front paws on your lap or lay up against you and look up at you with a smile. It’s both cute and funny!

Emma is such a wonderful dog! She doesn’t have the typical female Frenchie bossiness and is pretty mellow. It’s obvious she didn’t get the attention she needs and deserves in her previous life as it can take her a bit to fully warm up to new people. She can seem aloof for the first week or two, but once she does warm up, she is a total lovebug and just wants to be with you! Everyone that meets her just adores her!

Stella in Kentucky– ADOPTED!!

Stella went to her forever home a few days ago. She was her outgoing self when her new family arrived and gave everyone kisses. Her foster mom was sad and happy for her all at once....although, the house won’t be the same without her, she has found a wonderful forever home! We hear Stella is already being spoiled and has claimed the bean bag chair as her own.

Stella is a beautiful 3-year-old Frenchie who came to FBV from a Kentucky Pitbull rescue. She did not come from a good home situation and her owner was not truthful about her issues. The Pitbull rescue volunteer fostering her could not handle her issues, so the rescue reached out to the Village for help. Stella was then moved into a Frenchie knowledgeable foster home.

Stella's issue is resource guarding. Her original foster home said she took over their entire basement and would only let the husband go down. They did not crate or pen her up, because they said she didn't like it. In her current foster home, she stays in an x-pen during the night and while her foster parents are at work. She has never made a peep in it. She will resource guard the pen and her food. Her foster family has been working on behavior modification with her for 3 months. You can now walk by her pen without her reacting...you can reach in and give a treat with no reaction…and if you let her come out of her pen on her own, she will instantly snap out of it. You can then go into her pen and do what you need to do…she does not care. Also, she will slowly tear up dog beds but leaves blankets alone. Toys are not allowed during any of her training.

Her food guarding is only when she has a bowl to eat out of. You cannot reach in the bowl or try to take it…she will react. She will easily eat out of your hand or out of a bowl if you hold it. One can also walk around her with no issues while eating this way. If you independently bowl feed her, you must entice her away from the bowl with a treat or with a leash on. Then you can go pick up the bowl.

Stella does not have any alpha dog tendencies. However, she is not a dog that will be allowed on furniture or in your bed. She could decide to guard them. She does not like her teeth brushed or her nails trimmed. She does bite her nails, or you can trim a few at a time. She doesn’t mind going to the vet but if she needs blood drawn or anything like that, she will need medication to sedate her. She won’t let the staff do the care without sedating meds.

Stella, in all honesty, is a very sweet girl. She loves attention from people (and will paw at you for some loving) and meeting new humans (as long as she is not in her “protected area”). She gets along with other dogs but due to her resource guarding, it is preferred she be an only dog. You cannot always predict when she will go after another dog in the house. However, certain homes with other dogs and behavior issue experience will be considered.

She has a low energy level but also loves walks and will play with you inside. She gets the zoomies during play which is hilarious. She loves to play ball (but will not drop it) and roll around and play with you on the floor (as well as have you love on her). She will lie down on the floor next to you if you are watching TV, or she will watch you eat. She may try suckling your arm if sitting in your lap. She enjoys naps and car rides as well.

A fenced yard is preferred but not required. She has mild environmental allergies…she will lick her feet and sometimes drag her butt. She is partially housebroken…she has never had an accident in her pen though. She will only have accidents if you miss her cue to go out; otherwise, she is perfect. Stella is crate trained, leash trained and knows the command to “sit.” She does not require someone home all day with her or a midday potty break.

Stella needs a family with patience and understanding; knowledge of behavior issues and the willingness to continue her training; a willingness to work with her and to know that she may never be perfect…she will have setbacks; and the ability to set boundaries to give her the best chance. Her foster family wants her to have a home where she is loved despite her issues. Her foster mom absolutely loves picking her up and kissing her little face.

Stella is a special girl who adapted to bad habits in her original home to protect herself. She really is a sweet, laid back and loving dog who loves people and being with them. She deserves a home where she can continue to learn trust and love. She also deserves a family who likes to take her on car rides and to public places. She loves meeting new people. However, she does like men better than women.

In order to give Stella the best chance in her forever home, her trainer strongly recommends training to start over in her new home and be repeated as many times as needed, and/or hire a canine behaviorist that uses reward based training. If her adoptive home is local, it is recommended that her current trainer be hired to come teach her in-home training.

Duke in Virginia– ADOPTED!!

Duke is home! He has been adopted by a wonderful family who is madly in love with him. He has two amazing moms and one human brother. He is an only dog which is okay by him because he loves getting all the attention to himself. We are absolutely thrilled for this new family and can’t wait to see all the happy times they share together!

Duke is a handsome 5-year-old who was surrendered to French Bulldog Village due to severe breathing issues as well as hind end weakness. He has had many surgeries to improve his breathing, yet he will always have a partially collapsed trachea that cannot be repaired. Duke’s partially collapsed trachea can make breathing more difficult for him than for the average dog. He must not get overheated or overexert himself as this will put strain on his breathing. Avoiding strenuous activity and being kept in a cool temperature setting is best to prevent his breathing from becoming too heavy.

The weakness in his hind end causes his back legs to sometimes slip out from under him, and he can’t handle stairs or furniture well on his own. His vet has said the weakness could be neurological and will need to be monitored throughout Duke’s life for any potential progression. He will also require a forever family who is willing to lift him on and off things and carry him as needed, especially when it comes to steps. He can slowly do one step at a time going up stairs but will not go down on his own.

Duke is a lazy, love bug! He wants nothing more than to lie on or near you being cuddled and pet. He does not need much exercise at all because of his breathing issues but enjoys chewing on bones and squeaky toys for entertainment. He walks on leash well and is crate trained; although, he would prefer not to be crated. Because he is good on a leash, he does not have a preference of whether his forever home has a fenced yard or not. However, he would prefer a stay at home parent or one who can provide him with a midday potty break. He has learned “sit” so far and is highly motivated by treats.

Duke tolerates other dogs but would truly be happiest as an only dog getting all the attention from his people. Duke has demonstrated mild food aggression in his foster home towards other dogs coming near him or his food and toys. He will growl if he thinks the other dogs are getting too close to what he believes to be HIS. If they continue to get closer, he will try and nip at them. He has not shown any aggression with humans and food, though. Other than the mild aggression described with dogs, Duke has been good around small, female dogs. However, he has not really been around large and male dogs except for those he has encountered at the vet’s office. He will go up to large/male dogs on leash and do fine, but he has not been around any off leash.

Duke can be stubborn about going to the bathroom outside. He likes to spend time looking around outside and sniffing the ground before he will get serious about going potty. He will need someone who is patient with him and will walk him around a little while, so he has time to go. When off leash (in a contained fence), he sometimes will want to come right back inside instead of taking time to potty. In that case, he needs some guidance, time, and commands to get him focused on going potty. He still has occasional accidents inside the house BUT will sometimes go on potty pads when he finds them.

He is absolutely the sweetest!! He lets you pick him up and hold him like a little baby in almost any position. He has such sweet eyes and has a little wart on the corner of his left eye with some hairs growing from it that make him look like he has long eyelashes...just adding to his cuteness when he looks at you! He clearly was uncomfortable for many years with the severity of his breathing issues. When he first came to his foster home, he moved very slowly, and every breath was a struggle. After his soft palate and nare surgeries, he is quite a different dog. While he still snores loudly when sleeping, you can tell he has more pep in his step and is much happier when awake.

Duke would do best in a laid-back home with individuals who will give him lots of love and patience. He needs a person(s) who wants a constant companion, because he loves to follow his person(s) from room to room just being pet and given love. If you are the person who will embrace this sweet, little soul and give him all the cuddles and treats he deserves, please apply!

Sullivan (Sully) in New York— ADOPTED!!

Sully has been adopted by an amazing family who is already spoiling him! He has two wonderful new parents and two fur siblings. He and his pug sister are already best buds. They love chasing and playing with each other. Sully also has an older brother to watch over him. We are so excited for Sullivan…he has found the perfect forever family! ***Make sure to watch the beautiful video his foster mom made of his Gotcha Day***

Sullivan (aka Sully) is a sweet puppy who has had a rough start in life. He was surrendered to FBV a very sick boy. He came to the Village with an ulcerated cherry eye, dehydration with the need for fluids, 3 different parasites, a stark respiratory infection (with coughing and sniffling), anal gland infection, and bilateral ear infections. He also has bilateral luxation of his patellas and a Grade 2 heart murmur.

Sully has combated numerous parasites so far in his short life. He just recently contracted Giardia and was treated with a double course of medication. He likes to eat everything...worms, dirt, rocks, rabbit poo...anything he can put in his mouth. For this reason, he will need to be closely watched and have stool samples performed a couple times a year.

He is allergic to certain dog foods and treats (he is highly allergic to turkey and chicken). He eats a specific dehydrated raw diet called Vital Essentials- Duck (with a cost of almost $300 a month) and gets fruits and veggies as treats. He is on a probiotic and digestive enzymes and sees a holistic vet for acupuncture, vitamin B injections and herbs to help keep his GI tract healthy. Sullivan has a very sensitive stomach and has struggled with diarrhea since arriving in FBV's care. It has improved but could return at any time. It is likely that he will need to continue to receive his current food, supplements, and holistic vet visits for acupuncture, herbs and injections indefinitely in his forever home!!

He had cherry eye surgery while in foster care. Occasionally his eyes get dry and he needs drops. There is also the possibility that his cherry eyes could come back, and he may need surgery on his knees in the future. Sully has proven to be one of the costliest pups in the history of FBV with all his medical problems. While he has improved a lot with the amazing care of his vets and foster family, he still has numerous issues that will need to be managed in his forever home.

Sully is only partially housebroken...when he has to go, he has to go. He knows which door is for going outside to potty and will sit in front of it when he needs to go. However, if you don't let him out in a timely manner, he will go anywhere. He especially loves to potty on rugs! He will require a forever home with a fenced yard, as well as a stay at home parent, someone who can take him to work, or someone who can provide him with a midday potty break. He really would prefer to be with his person throughout the day so someone who stays home or can take him to work would be best. He has been going to work with his foster mom since the first day she had him in her care. Sullivan is crate trained (although he prefers not to be crated) and leash trained. He also knows the commands, "sit" and "come."

Sully would do best in a home with another dog as he loves to cuddle with his foster fur brother. He also will need a home with only older, dog savvy children. Sully has been allowed to sleep in bed with his foster parents and has been allowed on any chair and sofa in the house. He wants this definitely to continue in his forever home. He is one spoiled boy and needs for the spoiling to continue!

He has absolutely no temperament issues. He has a very happy personality especially now that he is healthier. He has so much more energy and is loving life! He loves playing with his foster brother and requires all the attention from his persons (if not, he will wiggle in between his foster brother and foster mom). He rarely barks unless the resident dog is getting into trouble. Then Sully barks at him to listen to mom (Sully is quite the enforcer, aka sheriff). He is a good sleeper and cuddler! He loves car rides and playing outside (he gets so excited to go outside that he will try to run through the screen!), as well as playing with his octagon toy with a tennis ball inside and his stuffed bee (these will keep him busy for hours!). His absolute favorite thing to do, though, is listen to K-pop. It was the only thing in the beginning that would help him fall asleep. His foster family tried every music under the sun, and he would not stop screaming. One day his foster human sister started playing K-pop, and he was out like a light.

Sullivan never really acted like a puppy until recently. With him feeling much better now, he can actually enjoy life. He is a great companion for dogs and humans. He is always happy to see his persons and follows them into every room (afraid he will miss something). When they come home from being gone, his little butt wiggles like a slinky...his butt actually touches his face when he wiggles! He has also become the mascot at his foster mom's work and greets every person who walks through the door. He is quite the cuddle bug!

Sully is such a sweet pup and deserves an amazing forever home. While he may be more expensive to care for than some other dogs, believe us when we say, "If you can afford his care, he will be worth every penny you spend!" He is truly one of a kind...and will steal your heart in a second!

Lilo in Virginia— ADOPTED!!

Lilo (now Carmen) has been adopted by a wonderful couple who is ecstatic they were chosen to adopt such a special gal! Not only does Lilo have two awesome new parents, she also has a new furry playmate. They are already getting along splendidly and love playing with each other. Everyone at FBV is absolutely thrilled for this family and cannot wait for updates on their journey together!

Lilo is a beautiful brindle pup who was surrendered by her breeder. She has no ongoing health issues. She is leash and crate trained (although she would prefer not to be crated). However, she is only partially housebroken. She likes to spend a lot of time outside before using the bathroom. If you are in a rush and bring her back inside without giving her the time she needs, she will potty in the house.

When she first came into rescue, Lilo did not like anyone going near her bed or touching her toys. She was never fed with the resident dogs based on how she acted about “her things.” These behaviors have improved while in foster care. However, while she has shown improvement, Lilo will still require close monitoring of these behaviors in her forever home.

Lilo is very playful, super loving, and pretty darn smart (she already knows the commands “sit” and “come”). She loves toys and bones and enjoys nice long walks. While she is very active, she is also very laid back…this girl knows when it’s time to “chill” and lounge around on her bed. She enjoys playing with the resident dogs and can hold her own against them even though they are bigger (they are both large pit bulls). Lilo has a dominate personality and is definitely more of a leader than a follower. She can be bossy even with the bigger dogs in the house.

Lilo would love a home with other dogs as she really does love to play. However, she needs a forever home that has other dogs who will be okay with her being bossy. She would prefer a home with a fenced yard; although, this is not a requirement. She also will need someone who is home during the day with her or someone who can provide her with a midday potty break.

This sweet girl deserves a loving home that will give her all the love in the world and dedicate time just for her. She deserves to be looked at as a family member and not just a pet. She is very loving and will only bring joy and happiness to her forever family. She has her quirks (then again who doesn’t), but she is so worth it!

Ava in North Carolina– ADOPTED!!

Ava has a new mom and dad…and a new best bud in her forever home! Her human sister and her love hanging out together. She is an only dog so she is being very spoiled, but she does have some fish siblings. We are absolutely thrilled for this new family. Ava looks like one happy girl!

Ava is a beautiful 2.5-year-old girl who came to FBV from a shelter. We don’t know a lot about Ava's history. What we do know is that she was surrendered to the shelter due to dog aggression. From our understanding, she was living with multiple dogs and there was an unwitnessed dog fight that sent her to the shelter.

Ava was treated for a urinary tract infection (UTI) when she first came into rescue and will need to be monitored throughout her life for the recurrence of UTIs. She has no other known health issues. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines.

She is only partially housebroken. She will go outside to potty, but if you don’t notice her by the door, she will eventually potty inside. She is crate trained but would prefer not to be crated. Ava is also leash trained. A fenced yard is preferred but not required. She also does not require a stay-at-home parent or a midday potty break.

She is a playful girl and loves playing with her foster fur sibling. However, she can be dominant and needs a strong human pack leader and a forever home with only submissive dogs. Ava will snap to keep other dogs away from food and sometimes her person, but with correction, she does listen. She is a great listener!

Ava would love a forever family who will let her sleep in the bed and snuggle on the couch. She would also love a family who will play with her and take her on walks. She is such a sweet, loving girl and just wants to be close to her human. She also wouldn’t mind a home with a submissive furry playmate.

Ava is a silly girl who will low crawl to her person and loves to play on her back. When she looks at you with her cute face and her buck teeth peeking through, it will melt your heart! If you think you may be the perfect match for this lovely lady, please apply.

Harper in Florida— ADOPTED!!

We are over the moon for Harper and his new family. Harper is fitting in beautifully in his forever home. As you can see from the photos, it was love at first sight for everyone. Harper not only has a young boy to play with in his new family, he also has a fur sibling named Roxie. Roxie and Harper already love playing with each other. We cannot wait to see the fun Harper has on the rest of his journey!

Harper is a sweet boy who was surrendered to French Bulldog Village in late November after being hit by a car. Harper sustained injuries from the accident and required surgery to repair a sacrifice-iliac luxation of his right hip. He has been diagnosed with lateral patellar luxation of his knees, potentially secondary to the trauma of being hit by the car. He requires joint supplements and possibly may need surgery in the future to repair one if not both knees. Harper has also been diagnosed with entropion. He will need lubrication drops applied to his eyes indefinitely and may require surgery in the future.

He loves playing tug-of-war with the other dogs in his foster home. He also enjoys chewing on plush toys. His all-time favorite thing, though, is his Benebones/Nylabones. Harper currently resides with two other dogs who are also relatively dominant. Occasionally a spat has broken out, but Harper recovers well. Usually the spats have involved some words being exchanged that weren’t taken well, but once the spat is broken up, Harper will readily go play tug-of-war or run around with the resident Frenchie. He has no food aggression. He would completely let the resident dogs go right into his dish if they lacked the manners in giving him his space. Treats can be given to all the pups in the foster home without issue. He also does not have any overt toy aggression, but he and one resident dog have had a few spats while playing tug-of-war and keep away. However, Harper can be redirected when overstimulated.

Crating is a problem for Harper….he absolutely hates to be crated!! He can be left alone just fine but does not want to be confined outside of the normal doors of the house. He can be lazy but also loves to play. His favorite spot is the couch; in fact, moving him when he’s at rest is a feat because he likes to act like a limp noodle. He loves cuddles. He knows sit, lay down (which he usually rolls on his back for), get down, come and drop it. His foster mom doesn’t foresee him winning any honors awards in puppy school, but he is motivated enough to learn some more commands and tricks. He doesn’t beg…really…but once given something while you’re eating food or in the kitchen, he catches on quick. He loves fresh green beans, cucumber and carrots for a refreshing little treat.

Harper would love a forever home with a fellow housemate with whom he can play and a small yard or porch for sunbathing. He would be fine with apartment living as long as he can sunbathe on the lanai. He also would love a family who will allow him to be a family member and sleep on the bed and couch. He would really enjoy, too, a family who will take him out socially to assist in extinguishing his reactive behaviors. A household with too much chaos and stimulation may be too much for Harper.

Harper will need someone who will continue to work with his quirks and understand the orthopedic and ocular issues he may have to face in the upcoming years. Going through the trauma of being hit by a car and losing his family was quite an emotional experience for Harper. He became reclusive upon being surrendered to the Village. His foster mom has been so thrilled to see him come out of his shell and show off his personality…it has been a constant source of smiles. Because he has just learned how to be a dog again, he deserves a loving home and family. There are so many things that he has yet to experience and although he needs some medical TLC, he has a lot to give back. He is a complete and utter love bug!!

Evie in Maryland– ADOPTED!!

Evie has been adopted by a wonderful forever dad who already absolutely loves her! As you can see from the pics, she is getting along splendidly in her new home and loves taking naps around the house with her fur sibling. We know her dad is going to spoil her rotten…as any Frenchie expects…and love her tremendously for the remainder of her life. We are so happy for Evie to have found such a perfect family!
